All SourceSheets subscriptions and digital content are non-refundable once accessed.
Refunds will not be issued for unused subscription periods.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges due to a billing error.
Technical issues preventing access to the service that cannot be resolved.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued.
Users found sharing SourceSheets data externally will be immediately banned without refund.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by raising a support ticket.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in permanent account suspension.
