Amazon sellers across Europe have a new, streamlined way to send inventory to Amazon fulfilment centres: the Partnered Carrier Programme (PCP) now includes DPD. This means sellers can book collections, generate labels, and enjoy discounted rates — all directly through Amazon Seller Central.

📦 Parcel Requirements by Country

Before you book your first collection, make sure your parcels meet the requirements for each DPD region.

🇬🇧 DPD UK

  • Max dimensions: 60 x 70 x 100 cm
  • Max girth: 230 cm (length + height + width)
  • Max weight: 30 kg
  • Packaging: Must be packed in boxes (not plastic bags or reused packaging) and contain no sharp corners.
  • Labelling: Minimum width 102mm; optimal label width 105mm.

🇩🇪 DPD Germany (DE)

  • Max dimensions: 175 cm length
  • Max girth: 300 cm (height + width) + 2× longest side
  • Max weight: 31.5 kg
  • Packaging: Boxes only — no plastic bags or used material.
  • Labelling: PDF format only, thermal or laser print. No PNG or image labels allowed.

🇫🇷 Chronopost (France)

  • Max girth: Less than 300 cm ((height + width) + 2× longest side)
  • Max weight: 30 kg
  • Packaging: Only boxes, no plastic bags or reused packaging.
  • Labelling: Labels must come directly from Seller Central with no size modification.

🇪🇸 SEUR (Spain)

  • Max dimensions: 100 x 75 x 75 cm
  • Max weight: 40 kg
  • Packaging: Only boxes — securely packed, no sharp corners.
  • Labelling: Thermal or laser print, always 100 x 150 mm.

📞 How to Book Pickups by Region

🇬🇧 DPD UK

To onboard with DPD UK for Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Programme:

  1. Email the Seller Onboarding (SOB) team at [email protected] with the subject:
    “Onboarding request Amazon PCP.”

  2. Include:

    • Amazon Seller ID
    • Predicted daily parcel volume
    • Collection address
    • Preferred 1-hour collection window
    • Average parcel weight/dimensions
    • Your existing DPD account number (if you have one)
  3. The SOB team will contact the local depot, arrange collection, and confirm in writing within 24 hours.

  4. For ad hoc pickups, call DPD Customer Services: 0121 336 4829 and quote account number 118417.
